Spectator Controls:  

Friday: All legs pass through the arena from west to north.All runners will run over the bridge. Follow marked route through the arena.  

The last control is on the north part of the arena.

Saturday: Spectator control on the east side of the arena (some meters outside the sheep-fence, where the little stream crosses the track).

5th leg will also have a passing through the arena but from north to south (running uphill through the arena). Follow marked route through the arena
